At Cloud Aero Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality digital training courses. We understand that occasionally, situations may arise where a refund or course transfer is needed. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or exchanges may be granted.

1. Digital Course Refund Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), digital content is non-refundable once accessed, downloaded or streaming begins if the consumer has acknowledged this before accessing the content. However, Cloud Aero Ltd offers a goodwill refund policy under the conditions below:
Eligibility for Refunds or Transfers
a. 100% Refund
A full refund will be granted if all of the following conditions are met:
You notify us within 48 hours of purchase;
The course material has not been accessed or started (e.g., videos not watched, learning chapters accessed, downloads not initiated, quizzes not attempted);
A written request is sent to co*****@**********td.com within the timeframe.
b. Course Transfer or 50% Discount
If you have accessed or partially completed the course:
You may be eligible for a transfer to the correct course if an error was made during enrollment;
Alternatively, if you notify us within 7 calendar days of purchase, and the course is started but not completed, we may offer a 50% refund or discount toward a future course;
Requests must be submitted in writing to co*****@**********td.com
c. No Refund
No refunds will be issued if:
The course has been completed;
The request is made after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase;
Course materials have been substantially accessed or downloaded.
How to Request a Refund or Transfer
To request a refund or transfer, please include:
Your full name and email address used for registration;
The course name;
A brief explanation of your situation;
Proof of access (if any) or confirmation that no content was started.

Processing Times
We aim to respond to all refund or transfer requests within 2 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days via the original payment method.
Cloud Aero Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
